SRG Global lands new contracts with WA miners

Services company SRG Global has secured multiple contracts with existing mining clients across Western Australia. 

The company has entered into a five-year term contract for maintenance services associated with the continuous enhancement of Bauxite Residue Disposal Area embankments as well as other civil services with South32 at the Worsley Alumina bauxite and alumina refinery operations in the southwest region of Western Australia. SRG Global said the contract would commence immediately.

It also announced that a five-year term contract with Glencore for asset integrity services at its Murrin Murrin mining operations in the Goldfields region has commenced. 

A minesite infrastructure contract for earthworks and civil construction at the Roy Hill mining operations with HanRoy commenced in November and is expected to be completed in mid-2025. Lastly, SRG said an infrastructure contract for the construction of a tailings dam at the Pilgangoora mining operation with Pilbara Minerals also commenced in November and is expected to be completed next year.
